Ethics.
What we do, what we don’t, and what we tell you when we’re unsure.
What we do
We deliver group resilience training as psychoeducation — evidence-based skills around stress, recovery, and team dynamics. We work with the group as a system; we do not treat individual mental-health conditions in this format.
What we don’t do
- We don’t conduct diagnosis or therapy in group settings.
- We don’t share what individuals say to us with their employer. Ever.
- We don’t recommend pharmacological interventions.
- We don’t replace the in-house mental-health support your company should already have.
Confidentiality
Anything said by an individual participant in a session is confidential. We feed back only aggregate, anonymised observations to the commissioning organisation. The only exceptions are the standard ones: imminent risk to self or others, or a legal obligation to disclose.
When to refer
If we believe an individual would be better served by 1:1 therapy or another form of support, we say so — quietly, privately, and with referrals to qualified colleagues. We do not retain people in a programme that isn’t the right fit.
Standards we work to
Our practice follows the BDP code of conduct and, where applicable, the Berufsordnung of the Landespsychotherapeutenkammer Berlin.
